Welcome to what used to be known as Monday Musings but will now be entitled The Edge. It’s appropriate as not only does it look back at what has happened on this blog each week but also looks towards the future, hence it is the feature that straddles “the edge” in regards to both avenues. Like everything on my Blog, it will be constantly tweaked and improved so consider this Version 1.0. Speaking of tweaking…I’m doing just that in regards to the schedule:
Monday: I decided that having The Edge just isn’t good enough. I’ve decided to rectify that and am moving my Comic Book Rankings to join it.
Tuesday: A new mystery feature will debut next week. Stay tuned for more info on Monday…
Wednesday & Thursday: Still the homes of Retroactive and #Trending respectively.
Friday: My On The Radar feature will be moving to this day.
Saturday: While The Comic Connection moves here.
Sunday: Still the home of my Cover of the Week feature.
So that’s the regular schedule, but as you all know that’s not everything I have to offer. The Comics Rundown, Bullet Points, the Top 3, and my Character Spotlight are other recurring features. Speaking of Character Spotlight, I’ve decided for the time being I’ll limit it to just two a month (one DC, one Marvel). With that said, that about wraps it up for this week. Happy Reading!

When I found out that a new ongoing series of the Punisher was about to be launched, I jumped on my seat! Then I went on reading the article, and I found out another marvellous news: its writer is Nathan Edmonson, who wrote the greatest Grifter’s stories ever told! I definitely am going to take out a subscription for this series, and I’m really thankful to Marvel for giving the Punisher another chance.
I thought that news would draw a smile on your face. 🙂 As for the creative team, I’m not familiar with any of their previous work but that cover for the first issue is sure beautiful. Might be worth a chance for my “Off The Shelf” feature…
