Between The Continuity – Discussing January 2015

Icon

Well, January is officially over and it is that time once again to look back at the month that was. I’m happy to report that January 2015 was my most successful January ever in terms of total views and managed to take 3rd Place overall in regards to the entire lifetime of this blog. It came ever so close to taking second, just coming up short a mere 19 views. My Top 10 articles for the month in terms of total views were as follows:

#1: Retroactive Special Edition: Daredevil Through The Decades
#2: Retroactive: Green Arrow 2014 & The Punisher 2014
#3: wwayne Presents – Retroactive: Gotham Central 2003 & Generation X 1994
#4: wwayne Presents – Retroactive: Gotham Central 2004 & Generation X 1995
#5: The Vanier Report: Tales From A DC Pull List (Wonder Woman #38 Review)
#6: Between The Continuity – Help Wanted
#7: Retroactive: Legends of the Dark Knight 2014 & Daredevil 2014
#8: The Comic-Verse: Awesome Art & The Top 15 Featured Links (01/02/15-01/07/15)
#9: The Vanier Report: Tales From A DC Pull List (Justice League United #8 Review)
#10: The Vanier Report: Tales From A DC Pull List (The Multiversity Guidebook #1 Review)

Of the Top 10 I’m most pleased that five of them were from authors other than myself which proves that this team concept is already pulling in dividends for the Speech Bubble as well as hopefully benefitting the authors as well. In other areas my Top 5 referrers were Facebook, Reddit, WordPress Reader, Twitter, and Modern Mythologies. Finally, My Top 5 Search Terms were “firefly batman”, “star lord marvel”, “happy christmas comic”, “arrow slade”, and “the amazing spider man comic logo.” And that is January in summation!

    • This is a great line-up of characters. I have to say that I’m surprised by the inclusion of Barbara but thrilled they went the Oracle route, in all but name. My only addition to the team would be Beast Boy but I understand why he isn’t on due to the immense bloating of the budget that the character would cause due to his powers. Also, can we please get Manu Bennett to reprise his role of Deathstroke here? Somehow? Please! 🙂

      • I still remember how humble Manu Bennett proved himself to be when you personally met him at a convention in Vancouver: instead of being arrogant and saying “I’m a VIP, I’m not going to do the line”, he was waiting with you just like a normal reader. A simply awesome attitude. Thank you for your replies! 🙂

    • Definite Additions:
