Following months of ‘will they, won’t they’, NBC has officially cancelled Constantine. However hope remains as Warner Bros is attempting to find a new home for the series. Arrow’sStephen Amell even pitched the idea of a crossover between the two.
CW has given the green light for a Flash/Arrow spinoff named Legends of Tomorrow (yeah, they could have done better). The series will follow Rip Hunter as he travels back in time recruiting a “ragtag team [to] defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known.”
– Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter have officially been given new seasons
– Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, currently on the task of Civil War, will also pen the script for Avengers: Infinity War
– Speaking of which, the cast of Civil War has been officially announced, featuring almost every hero we’ve seen since and more, including Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther), William Hurt (General Thunderbolt Ross) and even Martin Freeman (role unknown yet). And the list is still growing!
– Civil War will also be shot entirely with IMAX cameras
