In this feature I’ll highlight the upcoming comics that I’m looking forward to the most, the ones that are On My Radar:
Animal Man #28
Creative Team
Jeff Lemire and Rafael Albuquerque
Solicitation
“‘Evolve or Die!’ concludes as Animal Man marshals every last bit of power he has to protect his daughter from Brother Blood! But will it be enough to save Maxine and the Red–or will Buddy lose another child?”
Why I’m Looking Forward To It
How can Animal Man hope to overcome such a powerful enemy? That is the looming question on the forefront of everyone’s minds. With this series’ penultimate issue we will wrap up the war in the Red before next issue wraps up this series in grand fashion.

Daredevil #36
Creative Team
Mark Waid and Chris Samnee
Solicitation
“The Astounding Final Issue!”
Why I’m Looking Forward To It
Mark Waid’s run on Daredevil made me care for this character that I had never really followed before. For thirty-five issues prior, he has hit home run after home run but sadly the end has come. What will become of Foggy? How will Waid end his current volume before relaunching it in a new direction? I’m bracing myself for one emotional rollercoaster that will most assuredly defy all my expectations.

Harley Quinn #3
Creative Team
Amanda Conner and Chad Hardin
Solicitation
“It’s Valentine’s Day, and Harley is getting depressed watching happy couples walk by. Will a special gift from Poison Ivy turn things around for Harley?”
Why I’m Looking Forward To It
Harley Quinn and Valentine’s Day. Need I really say more?

Uncanny X-Men #17
Creative Team
Brian Michael Bendis and Chris Bachalo
Solicitation
“It’s training day for the students of the new Xavier School. Only, the training seems to be that the teachers just left them on mission to fend for themselves. Uh-oh.”
Why I’m Looking Forward To It
The premise of this issue is ripe with possibilities. What we can expect within is fabulous art from Bachalo, fantastic character interactions from Bendis, and bountiful humours moments. What more can we really ask for?

Wonder Woman #28
Creative Team
Brian Azzarello and Cliff Chiang
Solicitation
“The last time the First Born came for Olympus, it took the death of the God of War to stop him. And if Wonder Woman is now the God of War . . . and if the First Born is more determined than ever to claim his birthright . . . then things are about to get VERY violent indeed!”
Why I’m Looking Forward To It
Wonder Woman versus the First Born was an epic fight the first go around and she just narrowly defeated this foe. Can she hope to overcome him yet again without producing yet another casualty? This is one brawl that I can’t wait to partake in!

With that said, the final tally stands at DC Comics (9 Issues), Marvel (6 Issues), and Independent (4 Issues). So that’s my Pull List for the week. What’s yours? What comics are you most looking forward to? Comment below!
I’ll be picking up Harley Quinn this week as well. Looking forward to it!
I’m so happy that Poison Ivy is sticking around for another issue. I wish she would join the cast on a more permanent basis.
You never know. There is a good chance she will be featured more in the series. Maybe not in every issue, but more like every couple of issues. Their chemistry is undeniable.
So true. Yet another fantastic addition to the Bat-Mythos by Dini and Timm!
Looking forward to Daredevil #36 as well, I have enjoyed every issue. The end of an era and a bold new beginning. As a big fan of Daredevil, this will be top of my list this week.
Many years from now people will look back on Waid’s run as one of the greatest in Daredevil’s history. Just my humble prediction.
X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, New Warriors, and the Iron Man Annual.
I’m up in the air for New Warriors. Reading your review will be a big factor in deciding if I try it out or not.
Yeah, I was on the fence about picking it up, but what the hell. Yost is a good writer, his Scarlet Spider series was a lot of fun, he writes an entertaining Kaine, Aracely is adorable, the new Sun Girl seems pretty neat, the cast is reasonably diverse (something I always like to see), so I figured why not. Besides, most of the All-New Now! titles have been solid.
